After of days and hours full of standing up, it is inevitable that your feet not become more coarse, harder and unsightly. For ladies, this is a very delicate issue. Every women desire to have beautiful and soft feet.
Is important to take care of our feet, especially that it is said that exist a map of our body on the feet. I will present you some steps to follow, in order to have fine and soft heels.
1. Soaking for fine and soft feet
Soaking your feet is a very important step when you follow a treatment. Soak your feet in warm water ( not hot water). Pour apple vinegar in water. Keep your feet in water for 15-20 minutes.
2. Exfoliating for fine and soft feet
Exfoliate your feet using a homemade scrub. For example, you can prepare a scrub with sea salt and olive oil. Mix well these ingredients until you obtain a paste, and add some drops of mint essential oil. Dry your feet and use this scrub. You can massage you feet using a foot cell. Rub gently your feet for 10-15 minutes.
3. Moisturizing for fine and soft feet
Moisturizing your skin is very important. Prepare a natural moisturizer using 2 spoons of Shea butter, 2 spoon of coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of vegetable glycerin, 2 capsules of oily vitamin E. Mix well all the ingredients and add macadamia oil and cinnamon oil. Put the obtained mixture in a recipient, and keep it at freezer for 30-40 minutes. Apply a thin layer on your feet and massage. Cover your feet with cotton socks and stay like that all night. You will notice amazing results next day.
The scrub can be used 2 times per week, and the moisturizer can be used every night., before you go to sleep.
