To prepare the massage oil, add in the basic butter (shea or coconut), 100 ml of cinnamon essential oil and 10 drops of rosemary essential oil. Apply the mixture after showering on moist skin, massaging the areas affected by cellulite, in circular motions. Repeat the massage every evening for one month.
Being an excellent skin decongestant and astringent , grapefruit essential oil is effective in treating areas affected by cellulite, but also those with water retention. To prepare the massage oil, add in the basic butter (shea or coconut), three drops of grapefruit essential oil, 30 ml of grape seed oil, three drops of lemon essential oil and five drops of lavender oil. After showering, on moist skin, massage the affected area for 20 minutes, using circular, round movements. Repeat this procedure twice a week.
An essential ally in the fight against cellulite is also the essential oil of chili peppers. It warms tissues, improves blood circulation and burns the excess of fat. The results begin to appear even after the first applications. Mix 10 drops of chili pepper essential oil with 50 g of green clay and demineralized water, until you obtain a paster. Apply to the cellulite areas, cover with a food foil and allow the mixture to act for 30 minutes, then rinse. Apply this treatment twice a week.
Niacin (vitamin B3) and caffeic acid in the sage composition inhibit cellulite deposition and destroy the existing fat cells. Good moisturizer, the essential oil of this plant softens the skin and even softens the stretch marks. Apply four to five drops to the affected areas and massage the skin using circular motions, using a bath brush or a sponge.
