Today I will present you 3 healthy recipes for juices for flat abs. The ingredients from these juices are the biggest enemies in the fight against fat from the abs.
It is veeery hard to have flat abs, even you make sport and exercises because of the fat from the abs.
In order to get rid of the fat from the abs, you should introduce in your nutrition more healthy aliments. Give up on processed foods and reduce the sugar quantity as much is possible. It is indicated to eat every day fruits rich in Vitamin C like lemons, grapefruits, kiwi, oranges etc. Also, if you are stressed, your body secrete hormones that increase abdominal fat. A diet rich in Vitamin C reduce the stress and helps you to obtain a flat abs. This miraculous vitamin will detoxify your body.
1. Lemon and ginger- juices for flat abs
- 4 lemons
- 1 root of ginger ( 1 cm)
- 10-12 mint leaves
- 3 cups of water
Procedure: Squeeze the lemon. Grate the ginger using a grater. Chop the mint leaves. Mix all these ingredients and leave them 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, add the water and mix again. And your juice is ready! You can keep it at the fridge and drink it with ice cubes. Do not drink more than 3 cups in one day!
2. Lemon and kiwi- juices for flat abs
- 4 kiwi
- 1 lemon or lime
- 1/2 cup of water
Procedure: Squeeze the lemon. Peel and hop the kiwi. Put all the ingredients in blender and mix them well. You can drink this delicious juice in the morning to have more energy.
3. Grapefruit, orange and apple- juices for flat abs
- 1 orange
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 apple
- 1 teaspoon of grinded flax seeds
Procedure: Squeeze the lemon and grapefruit. Chop the apple. Add all the ingredients in a blender and mix well. Drink this juice before you eat. Due to flax seeds, you will eat less and this is a good thing in order to have a flat belly.
